ultra fast shipping: If you purchased this form of shipping, this automatically bumps you ahead of the line so that your chain can be assembled, packaged, and shipped ahead of everyone else. This comes with USPS First Class Mail (2-3 day delivery once shipped)

I am a business who does not sell items in the form of using drop shipping, meaning that everything that you see for sale is hand cut and handcrafted from scratch and not purchased pre-made from a third party to resell to you. Nothing is premade, ever- so each necklace is a pre-order, once you've paid I will go ahead and get your custom charm created (cut and polished) for your custom chain. I do not have stock for any of my drops. they are all made to order. I handmade each and every chain myself (I have zero help, because im very picky on how my chains are made. I am the only person working to make your chains) and every single charm you see is handmade (with the help of machinery of course in some steps) or sourced from a warehouse in downtown los angeles who is owned by another small business that consists of only 2 people that work monday- friday. I chose to go this route for charm creation and material supply for ethical and personal reasons. I personally choose to source my items from a local and fellow small business even though the time of creation can be lengthier, at the end of the day I feel better about where my materials are coming from and whos hands are making them. For this reason, shipping times can vary.

All items are non-refundable, but I will be more than happy to arrange a corrective service free of charge if you are dissatisfied with anything regarding your custom order. Depending on the nature of the issue, I will cover shipping fees both ways. In some circumanstance the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping both ways. (ex: you misspelt the custom word you needed for your chain, or you selected the incorrect necklace length to best suit your look.)

When you conduct a transaction on my website as part of the process, I collect personal information that you've entered such as your name, phone number, address, and email address. If you would like for me to remove you personal data you've given me during prior orders or would like to delete or update any personal information- please contact me using one of the methods as stated above. Your personal information is only used for shipping and contact purposes. I conduct my business hosted by WIX.COM s platform so your data you entered is saved throughout their data base, however it is protected on secure servers behind a firewall.
